How To Begin: Guidelines
These are a few guidelines you should follow when applying and creating your fanlisting.
Guidelines: Applying for a Fanlisting
1. Please check the Current and Upcoming sections to make sure that the fanlisting you would like to apply for is not already taken. If it is, then the fanlisting is not open for application unless it is closed, removed from the network, or put up for adoption by the current owner. If it isn't, then by all means feel free to apply for it!
2. When applying, you must include a name (or a nickname) so that we may know who the owner is, an e-mail address in case we need to contact you about your fanlisting(s), a url for a website that was created by you so that we may see that you know how to work with html, and of course the subject of the fanlisting you want to create. You may also choose to include a description of the subject and a reason why you would like to create the fanlisting for this subject.
3. We only accept fanlistings for subjects related to Disney. This includes characters, movies, miscellaneous (such as objects), relationships, soundtracks, television shows, and a general category. These categories include animated and non-animated subjects, such as animated and non-animated movies created by Disney.
Guidelines: Building a Fanlisting
1. After you receive approval to build your fanlisting, you have one month to complete your fanlisting. If you need an extension for some reason, please let us know.
2. You should link back to Disney-Listings.net with a text or button link somewhere visible on your fanlisting.
3. The only things that should be required from members are their name (or nickname), their country, and an e-mail address. All else should be optional.
4. Try to include an about or extras page. You are a fan of the subject, so this should not be difficult at all. Disney deserves the love!
